A deposit of £200pw is required two weeks after booking of the house and £100pw after initial booking of the apartment. If cancellation is made within four weeks of arrival your deposit will be retained if a replacement booking cannot be made. Please note that smoking is not permitted in either the house or the apartment. No pets please.
Access to the accommodation is from 3.30pm on the day of arrival and both premises must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.

To get to the house, follow signs to Bridgend from Port Askaig or Port Ellen ferry ports. Turn onto the A847 towards Portnahaven and follow this road for around 7 miles (11km), following the road through Bruichladdich. When you arrive at Port Charlotte, turn left at the Port Charlotte Hotel and follow the road for a short distance until the shore. The house is on your right.
If you need a map, you can use Google Maps or the Landranger 60 map from Ordnance Survey, which conveniently covers all of the Isle of Islay.
