Torries House

The house has four bedrooms, which are as follows:

• Bedroom one (en suite) consists of a double bed.
• Bedroom two (en suite) consists of a king-size bed which can convert to two single beds.
• Bedroom three consists of two single beds.
• Bedroom four consists of two single beds.

All bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes and drawer units.

Large lounge with views over Lochindaal and also a side view over to the lighthouse, LCD TV, DVD player, iPod docking station, wood burning stove, three leather settees seating eight people.

Fully equipped separate kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven hob, iron with board and table seating for eight people. The bathroom consists of bath with shower, WC basin and also shaver point.

The house has full central heating with heated towel rails in the bathroom and en suites. All bedding and towels are provided but no beach towels. There is plenty of storage space. All doors are fire safety doors, smoke alarms and emergency lighting in all bedrooms and hallways.

The Hedge Apartment

The apartment features two bedrooms, each with two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes and drawer units.

Lounge with views over Lochindaal, LCD TV, DVD player, CD player, iPod docking station and two leather settees with seating four people.

Fully equipped separate kitchen with all mod cons which include dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven hob, seating for four people. The washing machine and iron with board are situated separately from the kitchen. The bathroom consists of shower WC basin, heated towel rail and also a shaver point.

Hallway entrance is at the rear of the building The apartment has full central heating. All bedding and towels are provided but no beach towels. There is plenty of storage space.
